I'm Ishaan Gulati, a 15-year-old finance and AI builder in Herndon, Virginia, creator of Pulse (250+ App Store users) and Fern.ai (Best Mobile App, HackTJ 13.0). I see where things are headed before most people do. So instead of waiting around, I build toward it. I care more about making something real than talking about making something real. It scans a hospital bill and flags overbilling in seconds. Groq Vision cross-references 10,000+ CMS Medicare codes in ChromaDB to catch duplicate charges, upcoding, and inflated prices, then auto-generates a dispute letter.
